Lakhimpur Kheri district has received a new, dynamic Superintendent of Police as IPS Dr. Khyati Garg, a dedicated officer from the 2013 batch, officially assumed charge today.
Dr. Garg, who holds an MBBS degree before joining the Indian Police Service, is widely known for her integrity, disciplined working style, and strong public connect. During her earlier posting in Amethi, she launched the “Cop Talk” initiative, which became a remarkable bridge between citizens and the police force.
Before her new assignment, Dr. Garg served as the Commandant of the 9th Battalion PAC in Moradabad, where her leadership earned significant appreciation. Now, she takes on the responsibility of strengthening law and order in Lakhimpur Kheri.
Residents of the district are hopeful that her tenure will bring fair, sensitive, and effective policing to the region.
